“We bought 9 BBQ Donut Boats, BQ11A, directly from the factory, QINGDAO C&C BOAT MANUFACTURE CO LTD in 2018. 6 of them were for our rental business in Montreal, and the other 3 for Miami. We found all of the 9 boats were covered in blisters when we opened the containers. It was really all the boats even at the bottom. The factory didn’t want to take responsibility and tried to convince us to fix the blisters ourselves. There was no sorry, no guilty during the whole communication. They only want to make money!!!”

I once naively believed in them, believing the donut boat would be a good business. But that accident took the lives of my clients, an entire family. I have lost everything. I have nothing left to fear, only anger!!!
