We went there for a team activity as a group of 10 people and hired it for two hours for lunch. It was 29 degrees and sunny. To start with, the Umbrella was broken and one of the arms was hanging there with a broom stick(pictures attached). It took the guy 20 minutes to somehow temporarily tie the rope around umbrella to temporarily make it work.We took lot of marinated meat for 10 people. Second, BBQ would turn off itself after every 5 minutes, the person came to help and tried to fix it(picture attached). BBQ handle was broken as well. So, due to BBQ unfunctional, we had to throw most of the food and went back hungry. It was some good time on the water through but that’s pretty much it. And the worst part, when we explained the issues to their office, she refused to accept any fault and rather said that it’s fully booked, I told her that’s even more important to not to deceive the customer by charging them for faulty equipment. What’s the point of BBQ with a faulty BBQ. Rather the two Asian girls on counter started talking to each other in Chinese. Another worst part, she sent me a $20 voucher which canbe used if I pay another $220 to book the same thing again, that was the worst joke for me. They created a unique thing and customer fall for it, absolutely spoiling Docklands reputation as a good touristspot.
